Import Executive

Duties:

• Monitor delivery progress until the goods arrive at the warehouse.
• Prepare complete documents for import purposes (PIB).
• Checking data, documents and related customs duties.
• Monitoring the import and customs process goes according to plan.
• Communication with external parties (forwarders, suppliers, and others).
• Understand and comprehend the Import Flow starting from; Documents (Packing List, Invoice, B/L, LC & Insurance, ACFTA Form, etc.).
• Get a definite delivery date / ETD-ETA.
• Updating import process reports every day.

Qualifications

• :Bachelor degree in any majo
• rHave experience in the field of import documentation at least 2-4 years
• .Understand the flow of importing goods, starting from documents until the goods arrive
• .Fluent in Bahasa & English Languag
