Import Compliance Specialist

Kelly Government Solutions is seeking an experienced **Import Compliance Specialist** to establish and support an in-house import compliance function in response to the evolving global tariff environment. This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) regulations, minimizing tariff exposure, and supporting import operations through accurate classification, documentation, and regulatory guidance.

The ideal candidate is a licensed Customs Broker with extensive experience in U.S. import compliance, HTSUS classification, and customs documentation.

+ Review import transactions and documentation to ensure compliance with U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) regulations.
