My Client based in Bedfordview JHB is seeking an Imports Clerk to be apart of their dynamic team.
Minimum requirements:

- Logistic/shipping Qualification and/or Maritime experience
- Strong Computer and communication skills (MS Word, Excel, Navis, Outlook)
- Duties:
- Counter Duties, attending to receipt of documents.
- Validating Original Bill/ Receive & accurately attend to the validation of original bills and shipping documents.
- Attach & file release documents/Ensure proper filing & record-keeping of documentation.
- Act as a point of contact for clients, assisting with queries and providing updates.
- Notify customers of overstay deadlines and surrender documents prior vessel ETB.
