Import Assistant
Responsibilities
Communicate the resolution of customer issues related to transportation pickups, claims, and incorrect receiving of assets at the processing plant.
Coordinate and communicate with customs brokers.
Manage freight clearing accounts, charge‐back invoices to the branch, code and approve invoices.
Generate daily reports on operation coordination, Annex 24 (Inventory control), and Annex 22 (Pedimentos).
Perform IMMEX operations and maintain close communication with multiple areas.
