Import Air and Seafreight Operations Specialist

Job Description:

Must have full knowledge of end-to-end import operations air and sea

Handling client calls and coordinating with the team

Registration consolidation and shipment processing

E-documentation (e-docing)

Monitoring of shipments, including TS checks and ETA tracking

ISF (Importer Security Filing) management

Coordination with transportation, monitoring of delivery and brokerage services.

Email management

Doc loading

Outturn

Invoicing



Requirement:

Experience with Cargowise or similar systems is an advantage

Knowledgeable in EDI and Incoterms

Organizational and time-management skills

Strong verbal and written English communication skills

Excellent customer service orientation

Strong familiarity with internet and MS Office applications

Amenable to work in rotating shifts, holidays and weekends
