Role Overview
Implementation Specialists at People Corporation lead and manage the implementation of new groups. They work in a dynamic environment as part of a team to process transactions related to the full implementation of a new group. This Customer Success role provides value to clients through daily customer service, leveraging technology, communication skills, and responsiveness to ensure a positive client experience. Take overall responsibility for the effective implementation of assigned new groups onto one of our third‑party administration platforms. Work with the Account Manager, Underwriter and Consultant to acquire all material required for the installation. Clarify information, resolve outstanding issues, examine and follow up on missing information. Provide frequent updates to all applicable stakeholders during the implementation process.
