Group Management Services is looking for self motivated individual to step into our Implementation Specialist role based out of our Richfield, OH location.

What are some expectations for this role? Act as single point of contact and lead implementation of new GMS clients Transition each new client into GMS' internal payroll/tax system and integrate them into GMS procedures Gather documentation regarding clients' payroll processing Respond and handle all client requests as it relates to the payroll/setup function Provide weekly progress updates to client and internal team members Train clients on the GMS procedures and policies, GMS Web-Portal and Payroll and coordinate training Review and facilita...
