Implementation Specialist

The Implementation Specialist (IS) is a critical role in the software training process and will deliver high quality training of all Censis applications. An (IS) will work with facility staff and management to provide end user training in the field and virtually. This position also requires the (IS) to assist with customer data and technical hardware testing in preparation of any upcoming training. Communication within the Customer Establishment department is an important part of this role. The position requires positive interpersonal communication skills, the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment, as well as independently to deliver solutions on time. Support internal groups as required/assigned.
