Implementation Specialist

Drivento is seeking a detail-oriented and technically strong Implementation Specialist to execute end-to-end implementations of our solutions across multiple clients and lines of business. This role is a key part of Drivento's transversal implementation model and is responsible for hands-on delivery, system configuration, integrations, testing, and post-go-live support.
The Implementation Specialist acts as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on technical and operational aspects of implementation, working closely with Account Executives, Product, Tech, and Operations to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery.
Key Responsibilities
• Execute technical implementations of Drivento's products and services.
• Configure systems, platforms, and workflows based on client requirements.
• Perform technical integrations with client systems (APIs, file transfers, etc.).
