Implementation Project Manager Fixed Term Contract

Introduction

Our client is looking for an Implementation Project Manager to join their team.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of an ERP-based HCM solution across multiple business entities and countries.
• Manage the full project lifecycle using a structured implementation methodology, ensuring delivery from planning through to deployment.
• Establish and maintain effective project governance, including project plans, timelines, risk and issue management, and stakeholder reporting.
• Provide regular status updates and reporting to senior stakeholders and steering committees.
• Act as the primary point of contact for external implementation partners, ensuring contractual deliverables are met and scope is effectively managed.
• Coordinate with internal HR, IT, Payroll, and business teams to ensure system configuration, testing, and deployment activities are completed on schedule.
