JOB FUNCTIONS
Lead end-to-end, enterprise-level Sprinklr implementations for strategic US clients.
Design and deliver technical solutions aligned with business goals.
Oversee all implementation phases: discovery, design, configuration, integration, and optimization.
Act as technical lead and escalation point for complex challenges.
Build and mentor high-performing implementation teams, defining best practices.
