Implementation Manager - Iloilo

Job Summary

The Implementation Manager manages the overall implementation of a corporate/business deal of the products / services under the purview of DBD (Deposits Business Division) / WBS (Wholesale Banking Segment) which can be positioned as a business solution for wholesale accounts. He/She engages with corporate clients to ensure a timely and meaningful integration of the services availed related to the customer’s business process, both technical and procedural. Coordinates with various units to ensure that the delivery of the service/product to the customer is seamless.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

• Conducts training/walkthrough regarding DBD/WBS Products availed by client.
• Conducts client inspections/visit onsite/over the phone to address escalated concerns at point of implementation.
• Explains the technical aspect of DBD/WBS products during Implementation.
