Implementation Engineer

**We’re seeking a customer‑driven Staff Implementation Engineer to lead the deployment of our Vocera communication solutions across hospitals in Australia and New Zealand.**

You’ll partner with clinicians, IT teams and internal stakeholders to deliver smooth, high‑impact implementations that enhance communication and patient care.

**This role could be based in Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane, and has a high degree of travel across Australia - up to 60% at times.**

**What You’ll Do**

+ Lead the planning, installation, configuration and validation of Vocera communication systems.
+ Work with clinical teams to understand workflows and turn requirements into scalable system designs.
+ Integrate Vocera with nurse call, patient monitoring, EHRs, phone systems and other hospital technologies.
