Implementation Consultant - Social Care Finance

Description

We’re looking for a hands‑onImplementation Consultant to lead and co‑lead small to mid‑size implementations from scoping to go‑live. You’ll be the key contact during delivery – bringing users, project teams and product colleagues together to land successful deployments that improve outcomes across the NHS and wider care sector.

What you’ll do

• Own phases of structured implementation, from discovery and configuration through testing, training and go‑live.
• Facilitate workshops with client project teams; turn requirements into clear configuration and release artefacts.
• Manage configuration specs, change requests and knowledge capture so everyone stays aligned.
• Support onsite and remote cutovers, hypercare and triage – helping users feel confident from day one.
• Track milestones and risks, feed lessons learned into service improvement, and keep communication flowing.
