Implementation Consultant

As an Implementation Consultant you'll bridge technical knowledge and business needs to support sales by crafting and presenting tailored solutions for our SaaS/cloud offerings. Your expertise in retail operations will enhance client engagements and drive successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with sales to identify customer requirements and design Proof of Concepts (POC).
Create and deliver technical presentations to demonstrate product value.
Analyze client challenges and craft innovative solutions using our SaaS/cloud platform.
Act as a technical advisor, addressing client concerns and aligning needs with capabilities.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
5+ years in a SaaS/cloud role, preferably with POC design experience.
Retail operations experience in planning, inventory, or logistics.
Fluent in Portuguese and English; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
