Vetro Recruitment is seeking enthusiastic Children's Residential Support Workers in Preston to provide dedicated support to young people with autism and special educational needs. In this role, you will be instrumental in helping children lead more independent lives in a nurturing environment.
You will work directly with young people, assist with personal care, implement care plans, and engage them in activities that promote their well-being. A passion for caring for children with complex needs is essential.
Flexibility to work shifts and a current Enhanced DBS are required for this rewarding position.
