What’s The Role

This position provides an opportunity to be directly involved in contributing to the business by ensuring that Shell remains compliant and continues to secure our individual licences, which is critical to operate in the respective state. You will be responsible for advising staff and business/project teams on East Malaysia (Sarawak) immigration requirements and processes, including managing the work permit application process for Shell Malaysia.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage effectively immigration‑related matters for transfers and business travel in Sarawak, including current and future restrictions and guidelines for entry into the state.
• Keep abreast of state immigration rulings and engage business stakeholders as relevant.
• Manage external stakeholders such as the state immigration offices, liaise with Vialto and HR Operations, and coordinate with Government Relations.
