**Job Description**
Join a leading manufacturer specializing in PCB/PCBA boards. As a Production Associate, you will work in one of three primary areas: Surface Mount Technology (SMT), PTH Insertion Machine, or final assembly. Each area requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to handle machinery and components efficiently.

**Responsibilities**

+ Load blank PCB/PCBA boards into the SMT machine and monitor SMT lines.
+ Load and unload component reels into machines, requiring the handling of reels up to 5lbs and carts of 30lbs.
+ Transition boards from SMT to PTH lines, feeding reels of components into machines.
+ Ensure solder paste levels remain full during wave machine processes.
+ Mount completed PCB/PCBA boards into server boxes following a build sheet.
+ Utilize hand and power tools to secure assemblies and conduct pass/fail tests on completed boxes.
