                Job Description  
Herrin Hospital Radiology 
Weekend Midnights: Friday- Sunday   
No call required. Every weekend required. 
No OR or Fluoro. Will be working by themselves in x-ray. 
Role Specific Responsibilities   
 Performs MRI  
 Utilizes PACS system correctly  
 Assists in clerical and office duties to maintain department efficiency  
 Checks MRI schedule with Radiologist to verify scan protocol  
 Maintains IV/Contrast competency  
Education    Associate's degree in Radiology or Certification  
Licenses and Certification    ARRT Certification in the area of Radiology, MRI  
 IEMA Licensure  
 CPR  
Experience and Skills    Technical Experience: 1 year preferred  
Southern Illinois Hospital Requirement Overivew
