IKEA Tampines - Customer Relations Officer, Shopping Experience (Part-Time)

Reporting to the Shopping Experience Manager, you will be the liaison officer to provide a positive and joyful shopping experience that creates trust in the IKEA Brand for all IKEA visitors and customers.

• Ensure IKEA Tampines Store is a friendly, safe and secure environment for all IKEA visitors and customers.
• Understanding and contributing to the department’s action plans and taking ownership on your part for deliverables.
• Being knowledgeable around customer shopping experience and the daily checklists to improve on the customer service delivery.
• Being responsible for the children’ safety and cleanliness in Smaland, and amenities such as 1st Aid Room, Nursing Room, etc.
• Plan, co-ordinate and follow up on the IKEA Family activities and Children Birthday Parties in the store.
