Job Details:

• Part Time: 25-30 assessments per month
• M-F, 8A-8P availability.
• Compensation: Best rates per assessment, plus mileage reimbursement after 30 miles driven for the day.

Job Description: As an in-home health assessment provider, you will be responsible for conducting Health Risk Assessments (HRAs) through house calls within an assigned area. In this role, you will:
