IFFO - Airfreight Specialist

• Ensures that all necessary information and documents concerning outbound / inbound cargoes through the agents, internal / external customer are promptly and accurately disseminated to concerned parties.
• Inquires the departure / arrival of carrier with various shipping lines and co-loaders / airlines
• In charge of weekly reservation and booking with shipping lines / airlines, upon receipt of Transport Order from ODS
• Prepare TOR for ODS TOM creation ( if required)
• Ensures shipment ID are available in CW1 before carrier’s departure.
• Prepares final Bill of lading for submission to carrier on or before departure.
• Proofreads or checks if there are data discrepancies between House and Master Bills of Lading
• Amends bill of lading of carrier and agents concerned prior carrier’s arrival at destination.
• Sends pre-alert and/or shipping documents to destination office via e-mail or courier service (if required)
