Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
Implement corporate LEAN tools and programs
Prepare organization for LEAN Audits
Deliver LEAN / CI projects having significant positive impact on Operating results (P&L)
Implement and report all LEAN / CI projects
Prepare and attend LEAN Quarterly call with LEAN Corp. Management Team
Actively participate in monthly / weekly LPMS-3 (shop Floor Management) meetings.
Additional Responsibilities:
Develop and keep up-to-date work instructions, procedures and best practices.
Sponsor and report all LEAN / CI projects
Interactions:
Corporate LEAN
Plant Director
Local SCM
Production, Maintenance , Engneering & Production R&D.
