Job Descriptions

• Responsible for equipment capacity improvement and verification and Operations productivity improvement
• Determine planning factors for short-term planning and scheduling as well as for strategic planning scenarios
• Monitor and manage upcoming short-term production bottlenecks
• Develop and define strategies for shop floor scheduling to meet the planned throughput
• Work closely with Production to control dispatch points to ensure a smooth production
• Analyse specifications and capacity and undertake appropriate calculations to estimate job requirements, in terms of labour, tools, materials and resources
• Continually monitor and review plans and make appropriate adjustments in the event of changes and unforeseen circumstances
