Job Description
The ID Technician is responsible for accurately marking, labeling, and identifying aerospace components and assemblies in accordance with engineering drawings, customer specifications, and industry standards. This role supports traceability and ensures compliance throughout the manufacturing process. Apply part identification using methods such as ink stamping, laser etching, vibro-etching, and labeling
Interpret and follow engineering drawings, work instructions, and customer specifications
Verify part numbers, serial numbers, and lot codes to ensure accuracy and traceability
Maintain detailed and accurate records of identification activities
Partner with Quality Assurance and Production teams to resolve discrepancies
Perform visual inspections to ensure markings are legible, accurate, and compliant
