Job Description:

The ICU RN will provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare organization.

Responsibilities:

• Provide patient care through assessment, monitoring, and coordination of care in ICU settings.
• Perform advanced procedures including intubation, central line, and arterial line insertions.
• Utilize ventilators, Alaris IV pumps, and GE monitors.
• Participate in self-scheduling with manager oversight including 3-4 weekend shifts per schedule.
• Float as needed for critical staffing needs in Med-Surg or ED departments.
