Role Description

Yehu seeks to recruit an ICT and system administrator who will provide frontline technical support, ensure 

reliable system performance, and maintain secure ICT operations across the organization. The role is critical in sustaining core banking systems, digital channels, and branch infrastructure to guarantee uninterrupted service delivery. The officer will support users, resolve ICT incidents promptly, uphold data protection standards, and contribute to Yehu's digital transformation initiatives for enhanced operational efficiency and business growth.

Qualifications

1.1 ICT Governance & Delivery

1.1.1.Drive ICT project execution by providing technical input, provisioning systems, conducting UAT,

supporting rollouts, and coordinating upgrades/patches with vendors.
