ICT Program Manager

Our client URGENTLY requires an ICT Program Manager for a 12 months + Contract in Brisbane.

The ICT Program Manager oversee the delivery of the Human Capital Management Solution (HCMS) for a large government department. You will work directly with the Executive Director of HCMS, taking guidance and direction from them while leading cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution.

Skills and Experience required include:

• 5-7 years of program management experience, At least 3 years on enterprise-wide HRIS implementation, preferably with SuccessFactors EC, ECP, and HCM.
• Strong understanding of HCMS modules, cloud-based HR solutions, and SAP SuccessFactors.
• Experience in managing cross-functional program teams, including stakeholder governance forums including IT, HR, legal, and finance.
