Icertis CLM System Administrator

MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Icertis CLM System Administrator to join our team in Herndon, VA.

The Icertis CLM System Administrator will leverage their strong technical background and knowledge to manage, support, and enhance the Icertis Contract Intelligence platform, focusing on platform administration, user adoption, and continuous improvement.

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to:**

+ Administering and configuring Icertis CLM including templates, workflows, metadata, and clauses
+ Managing platform releases, upgrades, system testing, and bug fixes
+ Handling change requests and ensuring smooth platform operations through functional support
+ Collaborating with Legal, Procurement, Sales, Finance, and IT teams to drive process improvements
+ Conducting user training and driving automation and platform adoption
+ Supporting integrations with ERP/CRM systems and ensuring overall data quality
