Ice Cream Supervisor

Summary of Position:

The Supervisor is responsible for the day to day operation of the store. This person is accountable for leading the Ice Cream team in providing COWS World Class Service to our customers.

Duties Include (but are not limited to):

• Demonstrate exceptional COW WOW service and coach junior staff in their customer service skills
• Prepare all menu items according to procedure, including cone batter, waffle cones and bowls
• Supervise staff and oversee the task rotation schedule
• Establish and maintain appropriate dipper layout to ensure a good cross-section of flavours
• Maintain records of waste, equipment inspections, temperature readings, and other checklists
• Ensure that the food service environment meets quality control standards
• Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
• Problem solve when staff or customer concerns arise
