Ice Cream Integrated Planning Execution Planner

Job Purpose

The Ice Cream Integrated Planning Execution Planner is responsible for ensuring the steady supply of packaging materials for Ice Cream Production. In addition to weekly supply planning, the role conducts regular capacity planning with suppliers, provides monthly forecasts to procurement to inform buying prices, reduces inventory levels for Days on Hand, ensures zero business waste for unique product moments, supports 100% on time and in full launch of new product introductions, and resolves payment queries with suppliers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Sciences (preferably an Industrial Engineer graduate)
• 1–2 years of experience in supply chain
• Full understanding of inventory planning
• Ability to coordinate with cross‑functional departments
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent analytical skills
