The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in instrumentation, controls, or automation, with over 15 years of supervisory experience in ICA. Additionally, a PE or CEng certification is required. Strong expertise in automation and integration, along with excellent organizational and communication skills, will be essential.
