IC Testing Engineer

Job DescriptionJob responsibilities for this position include design and debug of ATE test interface HW (loadboard),
ATE test SW (test program) development, HW/SW integration, releasing cost effective production test solutions
into mass production, test time reduction, and yield improvement activities for Digital, Mixed Signal and RF.
Teradyne UltraFlex experience & Advantest 93K experience is preferred.Requirement-Knowledge of Semiconductor manufacturing process.
-Solid understanding of electronics engineering fundamentals,
design for test, digital/analog, mixed-signal and RF test methodologies and circuit analysis techniques.
- Strong software skills for writing and debugging test code.
Competency in programming with Visual Basic or C/C++. Perl, Linux and/or UNIX programming knowledge is a plus.
-Experience working on Digital, Mixed Signal and RF test programs for both final test and wafer probe.
