IBM Tester Mainframe

• Working knowledge of IBM REXX language
• Control-M
• IBM File Manager skills with maps/templates on ancient data formats/CRL's
• Experience with IBM File comparison utilities
• Knowledge of standard IBM Utilities and Rational CLM (i.e. compare utilities, Rational Quality Manager (RQM), Rational Team Concert (RTC), etc.)
• Knowledge of industry-standard Performance tools
• Knowledge of current IRS tax administration software applications and Master File processing is a significant plus
• Knowledge of Individual Tax Processing Engine (ITPE) processing
• Knowledge of Individual Master File (IMF) transactions and processes
• Knowledge of Modernizing and reengineering IMF with object-oriented modular applications using modern programming languages and tools
