• Collaborate with the Senior Product Specialist in the origination of operations (pitches, Request For Proposals, price & conditions, deal's signing and closing...) considering the client's financial profile and market / industry variables.
• Structuring and execution of live transactions, including day-to-day ownership of client deliverables and the review of the deal documentation.
• Oversight and contribution to the preparation of financial valuation, preliminary transaction price advisory and fairness opinion.
• Oversight and contribution to the preparation of presentation books, management presentations, board materials, memoranda, and other presentation materials for use in transactions or strategic client dialogue.
• Participate in substantial day-to-day client contact at senior levels and client servicing during the end-to-end deal execution.
