Key Responsibilities

• Design, plan, and deliver engaging IB Psychology lessons aligned with the IB Diploma Programme curriculum and assessment criteria.


• Prepare and grade internal assessments, extended essays, and examinations, providing constructive feedback to support student growth.


• Foster a classroom environment that promotes critical thinking, ethical inquiry, and intercultural understanding.


• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (e.g., Biology, Sociology, Philosophy) to integrate cross‑subject projects and research.


• Mentor and advise students on university applications, career pathways, and extracurricular opportunities related to psychology.


• Participate in regular staff development sessions, curriculum reviews, and school-wide events.


• Maintain accurate records of student progress, attendance, and extracurricular involvement.
