• Lead end-to-end delivery of Identity & Access Management (IAM) transformation programs.
• Manage IAM workstreams including IGA, Identity Lifecycle, PAM, SSO/MFA, Access Governance, and Cloud Identity .
• Coordinate with engineering, architecture, operations, and external teams to ensure smooth delivery.
• Drive project planning, sprint execution, risk management, and program reporting .
• Facilitate stakeholder communication, status updates, and governance meetings.
• Ensure compliance with security, audit, and enterprise standards.
