IAM Specialist (Calgary)

Overview

We are expanding our Cyber Security team and looking for a skilled IAM Specialist (Role-Based Security) to design, implement, and maintain user access and security roles in SAP systems. This full‑time position can be based in Stellarton, NS; Mississauga, ON; or Calgary, AB.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain SAP user access and security roles.
• Work closely with SAP functional and technical teams to ensure access controls meet business requirements and comply with internal policies and regulatory standards.
• Conduct segregation of duties (SoD) analysis, identify conflicts, and remediate them using automated tools.
• Develop and execute risk‑based security controls across SAP modules.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, auditors, and cross‑functional teams to support audit planning, execution, and reporting.
