SKILLS REQUIRED

Mandatory Skills:

• 10+ years of Project/Program Management experience with a strong focus on Identity & Access Management (IAM) initiatives.
• Proven experience leading enterprise-scale IAM transformation projects, including governance, compliance, and access management programs.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Security concepts and Segregation of Duties (SoD) controls within SAP environments.
• Expertise in project planning, budgeting, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and executive-level reporting.
