Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a IAM Manager for our client in Waller, TX. The IAM Manager oversees the organization’s identity and access management program, leading a team of IAM engineers and analysts while driving secure, compliant access across all systems and applications. Each day involves guiding the team through operational tasks such as provisioning, deprovisioning, access lifecycle management, and privileged access oversight, while also steering strategic initiatives that strengthen authentication, authorization, and identity governance. The role partners closely with infrastructure, application, and business stakeholders to integrate secure access controls, enforce RBAC and least‑privilege principles, and ensure enterprise authentication platforms—SSO, MFA, and federation—are operating effectively.
