Hyperscale Data Center Construction Manager

Job Summary
The Construction Manager will lead the planning, execution, and final commissioning of a project to convert an existing facility into a mission-critical data center. This role requires a specialist with deep expertise in large-scale Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems, power redundancy, and the unique challenges of upgrading infrastructure into a resilient, enterprise-grade data center environment. The manager will serve as the owner's representative, ensuring the project meets strict quality, safety, budget, and schedule standards.

Key Responsibilities

+ Project Oversight & Execution: Manage the full project lifecycle, from design review through commissioning and handoff to operations.

+ Infrastructure Upgrades: Oversee enhancements to power distribution systems, including PDUs, installation of uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), and integration of backup generators to meet data center uptime and redundancy requirements.
