The Hygiene Manager plays a vital role in maintaining and enhancing hygiene and sanitation standards across all hotel operations, with a strong focus on food safety and guest well‑being. This position supports the Hygiene Manager in implementing robust hygiene systems, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with local health regulations and Accor brand standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Food Safety, Microbiology, Food Technology, Public Health, or related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a hygiene, food safety, or quality assurance role in hospitality or food service.
- Certification in FSCO, HACCP, ServeSafe, ISO 22000 or equivalent food safety systems is preferred.
- Familiarity with Philippine food safety laws and regulations.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
