Hydrocarbon Management Engineer

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for the operationalization and compliance of the Gas Lift Balancing Agreement (GLBA) across operated assets.
• Establish and develop standardized practices for GLBA in operations, including roles, work processes, and reporting.
• Perform operational follow-up of GLBA during the production phase.
• Contribute significantly to implementing GLBA in digital solutions like EnergyX and Energy Components, collaborating closely with IT and project teams.
• Ensure the correct establishment and monitoring of Gas Lifting Accounts, balances, and reporting to shippers and partners.
• Act as a subject matter expert and advisor for assets on questions related to GLBA, gas lifting, and balancing.
• Engage in dialogue with partners, Gassco, and internal stakeholders on GLBA-related matters.
