Job Description
SUMMARY
This occupation requires the set up and operation of triple acting hydro press with some assistance provided by supervisor or lead. To fabricate sheet metal detail parts of light gauge material. Installing and removing dies and punches of various sizes and weight. This occupation includes lifting, bending, and considerable time standing.
RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Ability to perform setups and operate various sheet metal related equipment with some assistance.
+ Select correct tooling for the job task with setup documents or supervisor/lead assistance.
+ Responsible for checking all operations from material gauge and type through final forming.
+ Read and interpret blueprints and travelers.
+ Knowledge of material types
+ Fabricate parts to dimensional tolerances as required by engineering drawings.
+ Safely operate a forklift to handle materials and ...
