Hybrid Knowledge Broker with CBS

Transform knowledge mobilization strategies at Canadian Blood Services as a Knowledge Broker. This role combines hybrid work with a focus on transfusion science and national partnerships.
This full-time temporary position is part of the Innovation & Portfolio Management team in Ottawa. You will develop strategic relationships, implement evidence-based practices, and evaluate knowledge mobilization initiatives. Additionally, you will lead consultations and create tailored tools to address barriers and mobilization needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive partnerships to support evidence-informed practices
• Lead knowledge mobilization and science communication efforts
• Identify and resolve knowledge access challenges

• Master’s or doctoral degree in a health-related field
