Aberystwyth University is seeking a Senior Service Desk Analyst to join the Information Services team. The role delivers front-line IT support across service desk channels and supports access to IT services for students and staff.
Key duties include resolving computing queries, managing user accounts, printers, and loan equipment, maintaining SLAs, and contributing to knowledge bases. The post is permanent, full-time (36.5 hours/week) with a Flexible/Hybrid working policy.
