Become a key player in HR at Convoy as a Hybrid Human Resources Business Partner. In this role, you will work 2 days remotely and 3 days in the office to support strategic people initiatives.
As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will serve as the HR partner for your assigned region, aiding Regional and Branch Managers in achieving business goals. You will provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and talent development. Building strong relationships with employees and leaders is crucial to fostering a high-performance culture within Convoy.
Key Responsibilities:
