• The Vibe: You are obsessed with speed. You use tools like Cursor, Claude, and n8n to 10x your output. You don't just code; you build at the speed of thought.
• The Logic: Traditional engineering is not dead. You must have a solid foundation in logic, architecture, and debugging. You need to know why the code works so you can fix it when the AI misses the mark.
• The Communication: We are a lean team working with international partners (like Eurocenter) and government stakeholders. You must be able to explain your logic clearly, speak the language of the product, and collaborate seamlessly. <...
