The individual manages COD Overages & Shortages collected by the drivers and assists with some COD internal inquiries. The COD group works collaboratively to ensure that all COD tasks (Inbound/Outbound Mail, Mail Prep, Sorting, Processing, COD Exceptions, and Banking) are completed timely.
