Hybrid - Business Analyst (Agile, Scrum)

• Analyze business requirements and produce corresponding business and technical specifications
• Ensure that the solutions delivered by the development team meet the business requirements
• Maintain a requirements traceability matrix to ensure that all requirements are accounted for during the project life cycle
• Provide input to project plans and schedules
• Conduct research market, build business cases, and define user story
• Conduct sprint demo and facilitate the collection of feedback from stakeholders during the demo
• Manage the Product Backlog
• Ensure the Development Team understands items in the Product Backlog to the level needed
• Manage and ensure all documents are up-to-date
